I have never experienced a slower MCD. I have no idea what that is, but definitely not a fast food restaurant. Maybe they are still freshly slaughtered here, who knows? Catastrophic. And now in lockdown times you are sent away at 7.45pm after having been there for half an hour. How long do you actually need to make 10-15 orders?

There were way too many cars in a queue for McAuto. We came on foot but I had a feeling that because of those customers outside we would be waiting for too long as well. Nevertheless our order was ready amazingly quickly, I've never expected such a speed by known circumstances. Nice done! The only sad thing there is neither no McDonald's in Schwenningen and no delivery option within the town :((

Very unfriendly and disorganized. Coffee and ice cream were made the same, the other took some time. Of course, half of it was melted and the coffee was only lukewarm.

Well, if you have to wait half an hour inside. Because an apprentice probably cannot cope with taking orders and has to keep getting help. But no two cash registers open. Then I'm no longer very hungry. Children's time that we would be served by the newcomer 2 people. ISS yes of course he has to learn. But then one of the others should go to the other cash register. It was rush hour at noon. You can't leave the newcomer standing there alone. I then shortened the queue of people waiting in the Mc and left. Had 2 children waiting in the car they were disappointed. But whatever. Won't go there anytime soon. Sorry but the frustration should get out now. Villingen

Very decent McDonalds, hygiene concept fits compared to other branches ... only the employees should maybe learn their table numbers. Shouldn't be that you have to call several times to eat - then after a while cold - finally get it, just because she is forever looking for table 28 ...

No proper control of mouth and nose protection, address lists are ignored. I filled out a questionnaire that nobody accepted. And while dining, someone suddenly comes to clean the table instead of having to do it beforehand. You should be more careful, especially at this time. Even if there are bottlenecks in the staff.

Badly implemented hygiene concept. There were slips of paper for the address, but they weren't collected and actually nobody was interested in whether it was filled out. The staff is not particularly friendly. While we were in the middle of dinner, an employee came without comment with a rag and spray bottle in her hand. She stood next to us without a word until we guessed that we should lift the tray so she could wipe the table - which was pretty unnecessary as we were just eating. We observed something similar when this employee swept silently with the broom a little later around another customer's feet. It is not paid attention to whether the spaces are occupied, which should remain free according to the markings. Narrow passages are not blocked and so some squeeze past the table, which I would have found extremely uncomfortable even without the pandemic.

First they forgot the fish mac, then it was the worst I've ever eaten. Forgot cheese and hardly any remulas on it. By the way, every hour is cleaned only on the paper. The lady only put her little rings, but on the hour.

Staff must be happier at work, but must also have the desire to work. The cashiers are very kind, and super fast. I hope you will add new Menus and Burgers soon.
